كل محرك أدناه مشروع مفتوح المصدر مستقل يديره فريق ArtCraft ومساهمون فيه. ونحن نعيد توزيع حزمة الإصدار الرسمية للإصدار المثبَّت بايتًا ببايت. والقيم المعروضة في هذه الصفحة تُقرأ من ملفات التثبيت نفسها التي يستخدمها البناء وأداة النشر وعامل التوزيع، فلا يمكن أن تختلف عمّا يُقدَّم فعليًا.

Its glyph data IS embedded. The earlier note called this unknown because no copyright string was found inside the wasm - which is expected, now that the texts are known to be shipped as separate files rather than embedded. The MIT text ships inside the branded artifact as FONT-LICENCE-emoji-icon-font.txt, copied verbatim from that crate.

العلامات التجارية والاستقلال
اسم ArtCraft وشعاره الكتابي وشعاراته الرسومية علامات تجارية لفريق ArtCraft، ولا تغطيها رخصة MIT أو Apache-2.0. ويوضّح المشروع الأصلي أن هذه العلامات لا تُستخدم إلا دون تعديل، وفي نطاق مستودعه وتطبيقاته فقط، وأنّ على النسخ المتفرّعة والنسخ المعدّلة إزالتها.
لذلك نعيد توزيع الحزم الرسمية كما هي دون تعديل، ولا نزيل أي علامة من الشيفرة المُصرَّفة، ولا نقدّم أي علامة من ArtCraft بهوية FreeAIGeneration. وكلما ظهر اسم ArtCraft أو اسم محرك على هذا الموقع فإنه يحدّد المشروع الأصلي الذي بُنيت عليه الأداة، لا أكثر.
المحركات السبعة مشاريع مفتوحة المصدر مستقلة لفريق ArtCraft ولمساهميه. وFreeAIGeneration ليست تابعة لهم ولا برعايتهم ولا بتأييدهم، ولا شيء هنا يفيد أنهم راجعوا هذا الموقع أو أقرّوه أو أوصوا به.

اسم المحرك على صفحة من FreeAIGeneration نِسبةٌ لا علامة تجارية. فهو يخبرك بالمشروع الأصلي الذي يعمل داخل الإطار، لتطّلع بنفسك على شيفرته وتتبّع مشكلاته ووثائقه.
وإذا أنشأت نسخة متفرّعة من محرك، فشروط العلامات الخاصة به هي التي تسري على نسختك، لا شروطنا.
Adobe
PhotoCraft وVectorCraft وFilmCraft وLightCraft وPdfCraft وEffectCraft وDesignCraft مشاريع مفتوحة المصدر مستقلة، وليست تابعة لشركة Adobe Inc. ولا برعايتها ولا بتأييدها.
إن Adobe وPhotoshop وIllustrator وPremiere وAfter Effects وInDesign وAcrobat علامات تجارية لشركة Adobe Inc.، وتُستخدم هنا فقط لوصف نوع سير العمل الذي يتوافق معه المحرر. ولا يُستخدم أي شعار من Adobe في هذا الموقع، ولا شيء هنا يفيد أن Adobe راجعت FreeAIGeneration أو هذه الأدوات أو أقرّتها أو أوصت بها.
بعض المحركات تضمّ خطوطًا وبيانات مرجعية نشرتها Adobe كمصدر مفتوح (مثل خطّي Source Sans وSource Serif وموارد Adobe CMap). وتخضع هذه المكوّنات لتراخيصها الحرة المذكورة أعلاه؛ وAdobe تنشرها كمصدر مفتوح، وهذا النشر لا يتضمن أي رعاية.
ما لا نستخدمه كهوية خاصة بنا
هوية FreeAIGeneration — الاسم والشعار ونصوص الموقع والتخطيط — عمل أصلي. وما يلي يُتحقق منه عند كل بناء، وليس وعدًا:
لا يُشحن مع هذا الموقع أي ملف شعار أو شعار كتابي أو خط علامة تجارية من ArtCraft، ولا يُستخدم في شعارنا؛
لا يُشحن أي ملف شعار من Adobe ولا يُشار إليه في أي موضع من هذا الموقع؛
صفحة النِّسبة هي المكان الوحيد الذي يظهر فيه اسم محرك إلى جانب علاماته، وهي تسمّي المشروع الأصلي فقط؛
لا شيء في هذا الموقع يُقدَّم على أنه صادر عن فريق ArtCraft أو شركة Adobe Inc.، ولا بأنهم راجعوه.
إعادة التوزيع بايتًا ببايت
تُقدَّم الحزم كما صدرت تمامًا. فلا نرقّع الشيفرة المُصرَّفة، ولا نحقن فيها إعلانات أو تتبّعًا، ولا نعيد كتابتها لوضع علامتنا عليها (SPEC §13). والبصمة المطبوعة لكل محرك هي بصمة الأرشيف الذي ثبّتناه وتحقّقنا منه، لا بصمة نسخة أُعيد بناؤها.
ولهذا أيضًا فإن كل اسم محرك وأي إشارة ظاهرة داخل المحرر هي ما شحنه المشروع الأصلي. وإزالتها ستعدّل الحزمة وتُبطل شروط الترخيص التي تتيح لنا إعادة توزيعها.
أسئلة وتصحيحات
خطأ النِّسبة عيبٌ لا عملٌ ورقي. فإن كان مكوّن ناقصًا أو منسوبًا خطأً أو يحمل ترخيصًا وصفناه بشكل غير صحيح، فأبلغ عنه في مستودع المشروع وسنصحّح هذه الصفحة.
